Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in compliance, governance or risk management would be advantageous.
• Commercial experience in regulatory compliance or a related role, preferably within the lottery, gaming, or financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regulatory gap analyses and remediation tracking.
• Horizon scan UAE regulatory developments and assess impact on the Company.
• Support regulatory approvals and reporting to support the Company.
• Maintain regulatory records and ensure regulatory readiness across functions.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal guidance.
• Coordinate end-to-end document control and approvals across teams.
• Conduct regulatory compliance training for employees.
