Job summary

Fanatics Momentum, UAE's leading regulated commercial gaming operator, seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager to support regulatory submissions and advisory work across lottery and commercial gaming. You will engage with GCGRA, provide practical regulatory guidance, and help embed compliant practices across product and technology initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, reporting, and horizon scanning, ensuring initiatives are regulatorily compliant and aligned with group strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing regulatory submissions to regulators.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory frameworks in a commercial context.
• Experience managing end-to-end regulatory approval processes.
• Ability to provide structured regulatory advice to business initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in gaming or other regulated sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory submissions and engagement with regulators.
• Draft and coordinate responses to information requests and approvals.
• Translate regulatory requirements into guidance for Product, Tech, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Support governance, reporting, and horizon scanning across the business units.
• Act as regulatory contact for Commercial Gaming teams and cross-functional partners.
