Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking a Licensing Product Manager to be based in its Abu Dhabi office. You will own licensing-related product requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the Digital Delivery team to ensure regulatory and operational considerations are understood.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar, preferably in regulatory or compliance projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Proficient in documenting business processes and requirements (UML, BPMN or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing-related product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify regulatory licensing needs.
• Support digital delivery team and vendors with business context.
• Create process maps, workflows and use cases for regulatory licensing.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials and stakeholder guidance.
• Assist with UAT and validation of licensing platform changes.
• Track project progress and report status to business stakeholders.
