Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance or supervision within gaming or a regulatory agency.
• University degree or professional certifications related to regulatory compliance or supervision is desired.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate licensees' compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support day-to-day engagements with licensees and related administrative tasks.
• Provide accurate delivery of supervision tasks and timely risk escalation.
• Assist with regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments for regulatory adherence.
• Ensure adherence to monitoring systems to track activities of operators and licensees; escalate non-compliance risks.
• Analyse data and KPIs to identify trends and potential risks to industry integrity.
• Prepare timely reports and documents to communicate findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide input on regulatory requirements and best practices.
