Job summary

General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Product Manager to drive the ongoing development of a digitized regulatory licensing and investigations platform. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping processes, and delivering a compliant tool for licensing and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in business/IT related field.
• Proven experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst in regulatory or compliance projects and/or commercial gaming.
• Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes using UML/BPMN or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, project management tools (JIRA, Trello), and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify licensing needs.
• Provide input to Digital Delivery on requirements, ensuring regulatory and operational considerations are understood.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps from a business perspective.
• Conduct analyses of business workflows to understand regulatory licensing requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize proposed changes.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, regulatory interpretations, and licensing practices.
• Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align requirements and objectives.
• Work with Digital Delivery team as liaison with developers/vendors.
• Support UAT by assisting stakeholders in validating the final product.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Prepare user manuals, stakeholder guidance, and training materials.
