Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Regulation & Certification Specialist to manage regulatory compliance, product certifications, and renewals across industrial, medical, and consumer segments. You will coordinate with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to ensure UAE, GCC, and international compliance throughout product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical science, quality management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product certification, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, GCC, and international regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with product certifications, regulatory submissions, technical files, and conformity declarations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and related quality and risk management standards.
• Experience coordinating with certification bodies, authorities, and auditors.
• Strong documentation, project coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor UAE, GCC, and international regulatory requirements.
• Manage product and system certifications (ISO, FDA, CE, and others).
• Prepare and maintain technical files, declarations of conformity, submissions, and audit docs.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, notified bodies, auditors, and government authorities.
• Maintain certification/registration records and renewal deadlines.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and improve compliance processes.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess risks for product lifecycle certification.
