TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Quality Management Leader responsible for planning and monitoring readiness of quality management and improvement processes under facility leadership.

The role focuses on creating a culture of quality, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards (DOH, Tasneef, JCIA) are met, and guiding performance measurement, data analytics, and staff development to improve patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as quality performance management and clinical practice.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certified professional in health care quality (CPHQ).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma.
• Certified Quality Management (CQM) and IHI fellowship.
• More than 10 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role with 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a large Healthcare facility.
• Proficiency in English language; Arabic language preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Initiates and oversees development of a comprehensive quality improvement program.
• Manages regulatory audits and accreditation activities (DOH, Tasneef, licensing).
• Ensures DOH standards are implemented in the facility.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure quality and safety priorities.
• Develops and implements data collection and analysis of performance measures.
• Leads internal quality improvement teams and training.
• Oversees reporting of events to regulatory agencies.
• Provides strategic oversight of quality initiatives and budget input.
• Plans day-to-day activities of the section and streamline processes.
