Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Product Registration & Label Compliance Executive to drive end-to-end regulatory processes for product registration, labeling, and Arabic label permits in the UAE. You will coordinate with suppliers, inspection teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals before shipment and inspections.

The role requires meticulous planning, strong UAE regulatory knowledge, and hands-on Montaji experience to maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure no delays in import

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in food product registration, labeling, or regulatory compliance.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Montaji (Dubai Municipality portal).
• Strong understanding of UAE food import regulations and processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product registration with Dubai Municipality.
• Review and validate product labels for UAE regulations.
• Apply for Arabic label permits and monitor renewal timelines.
• Coordinate with inspection and quality control teams prior to inspections.
• Plan compliance steps in advance of shipment arrivals and maintain records.
