Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced nurse with a Bachelor’s in Nursing to deliver patient-centered care and ensure safety and quality in a busy clinical setting.

Two years of overseas or UAE-relevant experience is advantageous. Proficiency in English, basic Arabic, and MS Office is expected; BLS/NRP certificates must be valid for ongoing clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is essential.
• Valid BLS and NRP certificates required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in home country.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
4. Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

valid BLS and NRP certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial
