Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centered care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes clinical excellence and teamwork across the multi-disciplinary staff.

You will support patient safety, mentor learners, and contribute to a learning environment that builds competence. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing, valid BLS/NRP, and at least two years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; BLS and NRP certifications.
• Two years of experience in nursing, with UAE experience preferred.
• Basic Arabic language skills required.

• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation

• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Required Education

Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

valid BLS and NRP certificate

Required Experience

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

• Basic Arabic language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
