Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a dedicated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy programmes under the supervision of a BCBA, working with children in home and school settings across Dubai.

You will deliver 1:1 interventions, collect session data, and maintain strong collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA, while navigating a flexible freelance schedule and building a private practice in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 40 hours ABA supervision completed.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy programmes under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, delivering individualised interventions in home and school environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement ABA programmes as designed by the supervising BCBA

Deliver 1:1 behaviour therapy sessions using DTT, NET, and other ABA techniques

Collect, record, and graph session data accurately

Practise and demonstrate procedural fidelity as per the programme

Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and families

Communicate progress and concerns promptly to the BCBA

Participate in supervision meetings and ongoing training

Minimum Qualifications

Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain if required)

Minimum 40 hours ABA supervision completed

Experience working with children with ASD preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Previous 1:1 ABA therapy experience

Verbal behaviour and natural environment teaching experience

Experience in home or school-based ABA settings

UAE Licensing Requirements

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.
