Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a dedicated Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy programmes under the supervision of a BCBA, working with children in home and school settings across Dubai.

You will deliver 1:1 interventions, collect session data, and maintain strong collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA, while navigating a flexible freelance schedule and building a private practice in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 40 hours ABA supervision completed.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programmes as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Deliver 1:1 behaviour therapy sessions using DTT, NET and other ABA techniques.
• Collect, record and graph session data accurately.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the BCBA.
• Participate in supervision meetings and ongoing training.
