Job summary

Simone's Tutoring seeks a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programme design and supervision for children with autism across Dubai. The role covers home-based, online, school, and center settings, in a freelance/contract capacity.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful behavioural outcomes. A DHA/DOH/MOHAP licence or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and 3+ years post-cert BCBA experience
• Valid UAE healthcare professional licence or eligibility
• Master's degree in ABA/Psychology or related field

Role Overview

We are seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst) to lead the design, oversight, and supervision of ABA programmes for children and young people with autism and developmental disabilities across Dubai. You will provide expert behaviour analytic services and support a team of behaviour technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and skills assessments
• Design, implement, and oversee individualised ABA programmes
• Supervise and train Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop BIPs
• Analyse programme data and make evidence-based adjustments
• Facilitate parent training and family coaching
• Liaise with schools, medical teams, and multidisciplinary professionals

Minimum Qualifications

• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst)
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years post-BCBA certification experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with verbal behaviour assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R)
• School consultation and school-based ABA experience
• Experience supervising RBTs and behaviour technicians

UAE Licensing Requirements

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.
