Your mission

Your role is to achieve revenue growth by designing and executing an industry specific Go To Market Strategy for the United Arab Emirates. Whilst you will have direct responsibility for a sales team, you will possess leadership credentials to align your strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and eco system of partners.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast

  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for the UAE, to achieve a sustainable sales growth plan that aligns with the company growth objectives

  • Execute growth strategy, by managing a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact in the UAE

  • Communicate and align strategy across the UiPath Eco System of GSI's, Focus Partners, Technology and Academic alliances to enhance customer impact through domain knowledge, innovation and capacity

  • Become the Industry evangalist in the UAE, and represent UiPath's differentiated AI driven Automation thought leadership through Industry events and PR opportunities

  • Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners and colleagues

  • Remain at leading edge of a fast paced innovative in AI/Automation to ensure UiPath provide thought leadership to impact our customers mission critical business challenges today and tomorrow

  • Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets

  • Establish reference accounts

What you'll bring to the team
  • Extensive experience building, managing and coaching a high performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture

  • In depth knowledge of business in the UAE, allowing you to be the public face of UiPath within the industry

  • Ability to define and execute industry Go To Market strategy

  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

  • Extensive experience working in a value driven sales environment

  • Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

  • The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externally

  • Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals

  • Willingness to travel

  • Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuing accurate

  • Forecasting

  • Fluent English
