This position leads benefits projects for the EEMEA region and ensures regulatory compliance. You will work with leadership teams to design international benefit programs, enhance employee experiences through seminars, and stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of benefits and wellbeing programme design.
• Experience with regulatory requirements across multiple markets in EEMEA.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and PBPs to provide Benefits & Wellbeing consulting support across the EEMEA region.
• Design international employee benefit and wellbeing programs for EEMEA region.
• Stay informed on legislative developments and support compliant benefits programmes across EEMEA region.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for benefits design enhancements and rebalancing.
• Guide stakeholders on existing local benefit plans, perks and allowances.
• Collaborate on global and regional benefits projects with PBPs as needed.
