Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead Cyber Security, Fraud AI Governance, and Security Solution-based Synergies across the EEMEA region. You will coordinate cyber, fraud and AI initiatives, drive regional market development and engage with clients, product teams and delivery hubs to accelerate growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, cyber security, fraud management, payments, financial services or technology sectors.
• Deep expertise in cyber security, fraud prevention, risk management, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing regional programs and multi-country initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading executive-level client engagements.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, financial services, fintechs, and digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership & Market Development: lead regional SME for Cyber Security, Fraud and AI Governance solutions across EEMEA; identify client opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Cyber Security & Fraud Expertise: provide advisory support across cyber resilience, security strategy, fraud transformation, and risk management.
• Fraud Fusion & Intelligence Programs: lead regional initiatives integrating fraud/cyber intelligence and identity/risk management capabilities.
• AI Governance & Coordination: drive responsible AI adoption, AI risk mgmt, and governance models across regions.
• Program Leadership & Governance: steer large regional programs; establish governance, tracking and reporting.
• Regional Hub Management: coordinate regional delivery hubs, drive capability development and knowledge mgmt.
• Product & Solution Enablement: support launches, translate product capabilities into consulting solutions and gather market feedback.
