Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior Therapy Development lead to shape regional strategy for THV across multiple markets. You will translate clinical and market insights into actionable plans, manage budgets and drive referrals and procedure growth.

Collaborating with Medical Affairs and Sales, you will build activation programs for physicians and patients, foster regional partnerships, and ensure field execution aligns with corporate goals in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years work experience, or Master's with 3+ years in healthcare/marketing.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry is essential.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management capabilities are needed.
