Job summary

MARPRO Group seeks a Sales Engineer in the Dubai region to drive local sales by developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers across the UAE and GCC. The role requires strong technical insight, ability to present compelling proposals, and frequent regional travel to engage with customers.

You will work with the Dubai office and regional Power & Industry team to translate customer needs into measurable value and lead coordination with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Proven interest in technical sales and ability to engage with customers at multiple levels.
Solid technical understanding to interpret system requirements and communicate value.
Experience preparing, presenting and negotiating technical and commercial proposals.
Strong coordination for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Drive local sales by developing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Engage with industries including Power Generation, Oil & Gas Distillation, Aluminium Manufacturing, and Chemical Processing.
Collaborate with Dubai office and regional Power & Industry team to identify opportunities where technologies create value.
Prepare well-structured business cases to support decision-making and industry standards advancement.
Travel extensively within the region to maintain customer contact and high-quality engagement.
