Regional Service Manager Middle East (m/f/d)

Job Description

As Leader of the regional Customer Success Team (CSM) for Middle East, your responsibility is ensuring customers realize the full value of their Husky products, from installation through the entire product life cycle. A key responsibility is the direct customer support for all Husky’s products in the field and delivering on customer service metrics such as commitment maintained, account activity management, and contract management. The team includes six members to be managed remotely. You will be responsible for the overall Profit and Loss balance of the Region as well as year over year growth of CSM business in the region.

This role will be located in our regional Middle East office located in Dubai. The final selected candidate will be invited for a several weeks training in a row. The training takes place in our European headquarters in Luxembourg to get to know the products and the people you will work closely together.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Business and develop the strategy of the region in accordance with the regional budget.
• Lead, develop and manage the service team in Middle East
• Keep customer aware and satisfied with resolution plan to open issues.
• Collaborate with Husky business teams to ensure customer start-ups are successful in every way.
• Collaborate with Husky Sales Teams to meet aligned goals and strategies within the customer base.
• Accountability of the regional P&L
• Understand market dynamics and capitalize on opportunities such as tooling services.
• Proactively visit customers to build / maintain relationships and develop the Business.
• Work with other regions to coordinate approaches to common customers.
• Frequent travel within the Middle east region with occasional travel to our European headquarters in Luxembourg

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Business Management experience will be considered an asset.
• Technical and mechanical knowledge of injection molding systems and related products
• Several years of work experience gained in a similar environment/position.
• Proven leadership skills
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Fluent language skills in Arabic
