The Role
You will be the single-point-of-contact for Lexar in your country: mapping every relevant distributor, reseller, e-seller and influencer, then designing the campaigns and events that make them choose Lexar first. This is a “zero-to-one” opportunity—your monthly report will literally show a market you built yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Mapping & Recruitment
- Build and maintain a living database of all ICT distributors, SI retailers, e-commerce sellers, photography stores and gaming lounges.
- Score, prioritize and onboard partners; negotiate first purchase orders and 90-day sell-out plans.
- Translate global SKU roadmap into local assortment plan (pricing, margin, bundle, warranty).
- Train partners on LEXAR vs. SanDisk, Samsung, Crucial; create battle-cards and FAQ sheets.
Marketing & Demand Creation
- Plan and execute quarterly campaigns: in-store POS, Channel incentive program and stimulate sell-out
- Organize mini-trade-shows, photography walks, gaming tournaments, distributor workshops;
- Set monthly sell-in & sell-out targets per partner; track data, inventory turns and pipeline.
- Run weekly QBRs with top-10 accounts; secure shelf-space, bundle slots and e-commerce presence.
Reporting & Communication
- Send concise English-language weekly recap (one-pager KPI: revenue, units, marketing spend, next-week plan).
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and share travel calendar 30 days ahead.
What Success Looks Like After 12 Months
- 100+ active customers in your country.
- Double-digit monthly sell-out growth for Cards and removable
- 3 flagship events executed with >100 attendees each and >30 % lead conversion.
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar).
- 1–4 years sales OR marketing experience in consumer tech, mobile, IT or FMCG.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) and in local languages and dialects
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel domestically 2–3 days per week.
- Already based in the country you are applying for (local market knowledge is essential).
Nice-to-Have
- Arabic or French additional language.
