Here's what you will get to explore:

  • Responsible for handling the UAE Territory.
  • You will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing key strategic accounts in the region. Driving and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to initial qualification, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Be accountable for your activity and meet and exceed targets. Ownership of quarterly, annual revenue numbers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans for all strategic accounts.
  • Strategize and build large deals in identified set of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting by understanding prospect/customer sales cycles from initial contact through to the procurement process.
  • Proactively lead relationships and account planning activities with focused partners.
  • Work with internal teams like marketing and customer success to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with our pre-sales and customer success teams to meet regional sales goals including new logo acquisition and upsell.
  • Should be strong in sales hygiene like documentation, CRM updating, and maintaining minimum 3X pipeline of the quota in the financial year.

  • Ability to develop CXO relationships, generate pipeline and self-motivated to drive relationship at all customer levels.
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Language – Arabic will be an added advantage.
