Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a senior Project Engineer to lead the detailed engineering design, assembly and testing of control systems for complex projects in the UAE. You will review customer requirements, prepare procedures, and coordinate with engineers to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires an engineering degree with at least 10 years in instrumentation or electrical/control systems, strong leadership, and proficiency with design software. On-site work in Abu Dhabi is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in engineering, preferably Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.
• Minimum 10 years in Instrumentation & Control System field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Engineering Team in a project.
• Review customer project requirements, specs and standards.
• Prepare and review work procedures and hardware/product specs.
• Report to Project Manager daily.
• Oversee detailed engineering design, assembly and testing per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customer engineers for technical issues.
• Manage BOMs for various systems.
• Support site acceptance, commissioning and start-up activities.
