Job summary

Qataryello is seeking a Regional Area Sales Manager in the United Arab Emirates to drive market expansion and the adoption of specialized solutions in the Oil & Gas sector. You will target major operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and LNG operators across the region, focusing on maintenance, recurring revenue, and new account development.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant sales experience, a strong commercial mindset, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
8+ years of sales or business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
Experience selling products, services, or technical solutions to operators, refineries, petrochemical plants, or EPC contractors.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and key accounts.
Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Grow market share and drive adoption of specialized products and solutions with major operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and LNG operators across the region.
