Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a regional sales leader to accelerate the growth of the BOCK compressor portfolio across Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, Riyadh or Jeddah, you will drive market access, strengthen customer relationships and coordinate with channel partners to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within refrigeration, HVAC/R, compressors, or related industrial technologies.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration applications and the ability to communicate technical value to customers and partners.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an engineering or engineering-related field of study or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop growth plans, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional sales strategy for BOCK compressors and translate business priorities into measurable growth across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts to increase market share and expand customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strengthen value propositions and support business decisions.
• Provide commercial guidance on pricing, profitability, product availability, marketing initiatives, and strategic product launches to support sustainable growth.
