Job summary

Rituals in Dubai is entering a new phase as we transition to a Joint Venture and expand our omnichannel brand. The Area Manager will lead and develop multiple retail stores in an assigned territory, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and brand alignment, with a strong focus on the Feel Good Experience and building high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent requirement.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Deliver business targets and ensure brand standards.
• Drive operational excellence and the Feel Good Experience.
• Build and nurture high-performing store teams.
• Report to Head of Retail or Retail Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Coordination and Training.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure consistency and growth.
