Job summary

Kinetic is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Regional Product Manager based in Dubai. The role requires UAE/GCC base, 5+ years in pharma marketing, and Primary Care/Rx experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for cross-border collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Develop and implement strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and drive market access initiatives. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have Primary Care/ Rx experience.
• Currently based in the UAE and experience in the GCC region.
• Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
