Job summary

Richemont in Dubai is seeking a People Operations Manager to supervise regional HR service delivery across countries. You will lead a skilled team to ensure high-performing, efficient HR services and support strategic HR initiatives.

You will champion Lean improvements, manage SLA dashboards, and drive digital HR tools including Workday HCM Enboarder and Time Management, partnering with IT/HRIS to optimize systems.

Qualifications

• 8 years of regional HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing HR Operations teams through operating-model transformations.
• Strong lean/process improvement experience and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional improvements using LEAN methodology.
• Oversee Tier 0/1 support and monitor SLAs and performance dashboards.
• Build a customer-focused lean culture and set KPIs.
• Own HR tech including Workday HCM Enboarder Time Management; collaborate with IT/HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage vendor contracts per SLAs.
