Job summary

Gulf Paints and Adhesives Factory in Al Ain is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across dealer networks and project opportunities in decorative and industrial paints. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and hands-on channel and project sales experience.

You will develop sales strategies, expand markets, monitor trends, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in paints or coatings.
• Strong knowledge of decorative paints and industrial paints; project sales.
• Experience managing dealer and distributor networks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new markets, territories, dealers, and project opportunities; expand market share.
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team and field staff; set targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and performance analyses.
• Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development.
