Job summary

VOGLIO Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE for premium paints and decorative finishes. You will manage B2B and B2C sales, build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and clients, and lead the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

You will conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain CRM data to track leads, proposals and targets while working from office

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a similar field (building materials, paints, decorative finishes, or real estate).
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.

VOGLIO Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. We specialise in premium paints and decorative finishes, offering both material supply and complete supply application services for residential and commercial projects across the UAE. We work with both B2B and B2C clients including interior designers architects fit-out companies contractors developers property owners and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and actively develop new business opportunities
• Manage both B2B and B2C sales
• Sell paints, decorative finishes and complete supply application solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, fit-out companies, contractors, developers and private clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, showroom office meetings and site visits
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable materials and application solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through negotiation and closing
• Follow up with existing clients and develop repeat business
• Coordinate with our technical and project teams regarding samples, site requirements, application and project execution
• Maintain all leads, communication, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Work both from the office and on-site depending on client and project requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a similar field building materials paints decorative finishes fit-out interior design construction or real estate
• Experience with B2B and or B2C sales
• Good understanding of the UAE market
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Comfortable travelling to client meetings and visiting construction project sites
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to independently manage leads, follow-ups and the sales pipeline

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven salesperson who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field. This is not a purely office-based position — the role involves active business development, client meetings, networking, site visits, and building long-term relationships within the construction and interior design industry.

The ideal candidate understands how to sell not just a product, but a complete solution — from material selection and samples to supply and professional application on site.
