Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) based in Dubai. You will own regional demand generation and end-to-end field marketing events, partnering with the Regional Marketing Head to shape strategy and independently drive the region's events from concept to on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications; MBA is an advantage.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation and field marketing/events.
• Proven track record building demand gen campaigns contributing to pipeline and planning multi-market events end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with Sales: understands pipeline stages and deal cycles.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SFDC, HubSpot, or similar tools for attribution, lead management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional events strategy and calendar—conceptualize, plan, and execute executive roundtables, CXO dinners, workshops, webinars, and tradeshows.
• Manage MoEngage’s presence at third-party conferences and sponsorships, including logistics and speaking opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end sales integration for events: target account lists, pre-event briefings, post-event follow-ups, and CRM tagging.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships: venues, production, event management, and regional budget governance.
• Run regular planning syncs with regional sales leadership to align calendar with sales priorities.
