Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE is seeking a Regional Head of Marine & Power Products to drive growth and profitability across Honda Marine & Power Products in the region. You will shape strategy, lead regional sales, aftersales, and technical capability while building high-performance teams.

The role requires 10+ years in marine/energy sectors with leadership, a engineering degree (MBA preferred), strong commercial acumen, and a track record of profitable growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in relevant industries with leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong commercial acumen and experience in regional business leadership.
Deep technical understanding of marine and energy systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products.
Identify and develop market growth opportunities across all three categories.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements; turn insights into actions.
Lead and develop cross-functional teams across UAE.
Support training initiatives to enhance technical and commercial competencies.
Provide technical guidance for customer projects and product enhancement opportunities.
Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and operational efficiency across sales and aftersales.
Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations, and regional partnerships.
Ensure robust cost control, pricing discipline, and contribution margin optimization.
Oversee inventory, supply chain planning, and forecasting accuracy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
