• Analytical decision-making with focus on safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• 10 + years of experience in relevant industries with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in regional business leadership.
• Deep technical understanding of relevant marine and energy systems.
