Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Lifecycle Services Manager to drive the regional Lifecycle Services strategy across the Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with customers, service organizations, channel partners, factories, and sales teams to strengthen service capabilities and grow Lifecycle Services.

The role requires deep valve automation expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a valve automation technical role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric actuation systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
• Strong problem-solving and action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and accountability.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and execute across matrix organizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional Lifecyle Services strategies development and implementation.
• Assess service readiness of local providers and partners.
• Identify capability gaps across countries, channels, and partners.
• Develop action plans to improve technical competency and customer support.
• Ensure partners have product knowledge and access to resources.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for teams and partners.
• Support sales through customer engagement and technical consultation.
• Perform site walkdowns and installed base assessments to identify needs.
