Job summary

Emerson is seeking a senior leader to head After-Sales Support for its Isolation Valves business across the Middle East and Africa. You will drive customer satisfaction, warranty management, and lifecycle service initiatives in collaboration with Sales, PMO, and factory teams.

The role emphasizes regional operational excellence, RCA-driven improvements, and cross-functional engagement with Lifecycle Services, Service Engineers, and external partners to enhance regional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in valve, actuators, and automation.
• GCC experience with major regional customers.
• Strong knowledge of warranty management, RCA, and lifecycle services.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional after-sales support for technical inquiries and warranty issues.
• Coordinate RCA activities and drive corrective actions.
• Develop training programs for service engineers and stakeholders.
• Drive regional continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure safety, HSE compliance across all service activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Lifecycle Services and partners.
• Monitor KPIs and report regional performance.
