Job summary

Progressive in Dubai seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager to expand premium packaging and merchandising opportunities in the Middle East.

You will manage client relationships, travel regionally, and lead initiatives from concept to market launch while upholding the brand's standards and profitability targets.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. You should be comfortable with CRM systems including DIVALTO and Microsoft Office to track opportunities, forecasts and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Hunter sales profile with strong business development drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; DIVALTO experience a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East, with regular travel.
• Drive sales growth while ensuring compliance with the Group's sales strategy, margin and profitability objectives.
• Lead projects end-to-end from initial development of design concepts to full-scale market launch.
