Job summary

Logicom Distribution in the UAE seeks a Dell Business Unit Manager to oversee Dell ISG and CSG portfolios across the Gulf region, including Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. You will drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and align regional activities with Dell and Logicom strategy.

Lead a high-performing team, build strategic partnerships with Dell regional teams and channel partners, and optimize operations using CRM and analytics to deliver cross-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sales leader with P&L responsibility in ICT.
• Experience across Gulf markets and channel management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dell ISG and CSG portfolios across Gulf region.
• Drive revenue growth and implement strategic objectives.
• Maintain relationships with Dell, partners, and customers.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and channel strategy.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure governance compliance.
