Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) invites a high-caliber Regional Head to lead the Al Ain Center, supervising branches and RM support, and driving regional growth. You will coach UAE National employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership to deliver outstanding customer experience.

The role demands 9+ years of leadership in financial services, a business/finance degree, and proven stakeholder engagement. Flexible remote working options are available where appropriate.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in people management and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Banking expertise and knowledge of banking systems (loan processing, limits, collaterals).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge (UAE, GCC).
• Project management and scheduling skills.
• Budgeting, administration and control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen UAE National (UAEN) employees in the center through coaching, clear direction, and by facilitating access to resources and support.
• Drive engagement, collaboration, and high performance by creating an inclusive environment that empowers UAEN and aligns team capabilities with business priorities.
• Lead and oversee all operational activities within the Al Ain region, including branches and support units.
• Oversee the team providing RM-related support to CIBG clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with organizational objectives and monitor performance metrics.
• Supervise and coordinate branch offices, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure SOP adherence, capacity planning, and End-of-Day controls; optimize turnaround times and SLA compliance.
• Contribute to change initiatives and represent Al Ain Center in meetings and forums.
