Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks a Regional Head for the Al Ain Center (UAEN Only) to lead operations, oversee branches, and drive regional strategy in alignment with ADCB’s standards.

You will develop UAE National talent, ensure regulatory compliance, manage RM-related support for CIBG clients, and partner with senior management to enhance service quality and growth in the Al Ain region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in related field with people management
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
• Banking expertise and knowledge of banking systems (loan processing, limits, collaterals)
• People Management and Leadership

• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge (UAE, GCC)
• Project Management and Organizing/Scheduling Skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen UAE National (UAEN) employees in the center through coaching and access to resources, ensuring growth and readiness.
• Drive engagement and high performance by creating an inclusive environment that empowers UAEN and aligns team capabilities with priorities.
• Lead and oversee all operational activities within the Al Ain region, including branches and support units; collaborate with senior management.
• Oversee the team providing RM-related support to CIBG clients and manage Tamooha Operations for seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement regional strategies; monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Supervise branch offices to ensure standards, policy compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Approve regional staffing plans, shift patterns, leave calendars, and training schedules.
• Escalate suspicious activity, incidents, and noncompliance promptly.
