Job summary

Air Arabia seeks an experienced Ground Operations executive to lead regional operations, drive customer service excellence, and ensure safety and compliance across airports. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage start-up efforts for new hubs, and oversee budgeting and SLA compliance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive aviation experience, strong leadership, and expertise in contracts, budgets, and regulatory requirements to optimise efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Management/Statistics/Finance/IT or equivalent.
• Project Management certificate or proven corresponding working experience.
• Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting and Quality Assurance certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Head of Ground Operations in developing, implementing and monitoring approved strategies and business plans.
• Liaises with Stakeholders to implement effective Airport Services procedures ensuring efficient ground handling and safety.
• Builds relationships with Airports, Civil Aviation Authorities, GHAs and Airport Managers to facilitate start-up formalities and ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiates and controls Customer Service contractual requirements with industry bodies; aligns requirements with management.
• Partners with Head of Ground Operations to manage start-up formalities for new hubs/stations across the region.
• Conducts feasibility studies and proposes operating budgets for airports in the region.
