Job summary

Air Arabia invites an experienced procurement leader to drive ground handling and airport services strategy across the network. You will manage supplier partnerships, lead strategic sourcing programs, and oversee contract life cycles to ensure service continuity, compliance with IATA SGHA standards, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of IATA Airport Handling and SGHA framework, ICAO charging principle and Airport Economic Regulations.
• Familiarity with ground operations and airport environment.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, eSourcing, or CLM tools preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Familiarity with IATA framework agreements and international contracts and regulations; Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ground handling category strategies, leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier consolidation, and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering (RFI, RFQ, RFP) using Oracle Fusion sourcing platforms.
• Negotiate aeronautical fees, airport incentives, and commercial subsidies to optimize costs.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews; manage escalations and disputes.
• Drive adoption of eSourcing and CLM systems; standardize procurement templates and processes.
• Support new station launches and operational readiness through supplier selection and contracts.
