Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana seeks a Regional Fragrance Trainer to elevate fragrance performance and retail excellence across the region. This field-based role combines sales focus with coaching to ensure luxury fragrance standards at every point of sale.

The role involves delivering comprehensive fragrance training to Beauty Ambassadors, conducting product and olfactive sessions, and partnering with Marketing and Education to drive launches and podium activities. Travel across the Middle East is required.

Qualifications

• Proven fragrance expertise with luxury client experience.
• Hands-on coaching and mentoring of retail teams.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in luxury beauty or fragrance education roles.
• Good commercial awareness with retail KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive fragrance sell-out through active selling and expert consultations.
• Elevate customer experience with personalized fragrance guidance.
• Lead in-store training for Ambassadors and Beauty consultants across the region.
• Collaborate with Education Manager on workshops, seminars and launches.
• Provide field insights and reports to support Sales, Education and Marketing.
