Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Boutique Field Trainer responsible for identifying training gaps and delivering on‑the‑field programs, including the monthly Diorly calendar in collaboration with boutique managers.

The role spends time on the shop floor observing, coaching Sales Associates, and measuring performance through KPIs, NPS and CX reports; it completes the in‑boutique onboarding for new joiners, including training on Dior apps and retail platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service field, preferably Luxury R.
Fundamental knowledge and skills in Training and Development activities.
Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external clients, displaying passion and commitment.
Ability to use computer software and applications.

Responsibilities

Define and implement Diorly monthly calendar according to boutique team needs and business priorities.
Collaborate with boutique director at structuring staff development programs.
Observe sales team and provide feedback and on‑spot coaching according to Dior level of service, client experience and standards.
Deliver in‑boutique training, animate in‑boutique activities to all staff members.
Follow up on training programs based on performance results (boutique and individual).
Collaborate with Regional Training specialists for training follow‑ups, reporting results and further needs.
Deliver consistent check‑up and monitoring of knowledge implementation through tests and questionnaires.
Identify and propose to boutique director and ME head of training "out of the box" training solutions according to team & boutique reality and situation.
