Job summary
Givaudan in Dubai is recruiting a Fragrance Evaluator to support Fabric & Home Care categories across the MENA region. You will work within the regional Creative Centre, guiding fragrance development with Perfumes, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet customer briefs.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in evaluation, with strong English communication. Arabic knowledge is a plus, and the role offers extensive learning and regional exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in evaluation.
- Knowledge of additional languages like Arabic is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Fragrance Consumer Products Development team to guide fragrance development for MENA markets.
- Review briefs and select suitable fragrances to meet customer needs.
- Understand regional marketing trends and apply them to fragrance development.
- Lead or participate in development projects and present findings to stakeholders.
- Interact with Perfumers, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Follow Givaudan Best Practices and maintain project timelines.
