Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to drive end-to-end operations in a fast-paced food and consumer-focused setting in Dubai. The role covers procurement planning, inventory, supplier management, logistics and distribution while supporting growth and service excellence.

The successful candidate will lead strategic sourcing, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on cost optimization and regulatory compliance in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Strong leadership exposure within food consumer goods FMCG food service hospitality or related multi-site operations.
• Proven experience across procurement planning inventory and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled or perishable product supply chains.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems.
• Strong commercial analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Regional experience would be advantageous.
