Morgan McKinley is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive the execution of the operations strategy. The role involves cross-functional interaction with inbound supply, customers, logistics and sales to support aggressive growth in the GCC region.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in FMCG supply chain, with experience in procurement/strategic sourcing in the Middle East & Africa and strong negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain operations in FMCG organization.
• Experience of procurement and strategic sourcing in the Middle East & Africa.
• Excellent negotiating skills.

Our client is one of the world’s largest FMCG companies with regional operations headquartered in Dubai responsible for the GCC region.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations and provide significant input into the development and execution of the operations strategy and driving operational efficiencies to support aggressive growth strategies. This role will involve a high-level of cross-functional interaction between inbound supply, customers, logistics and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain operations in FMCG organization
• Experience of procurement and strategic sourcing in the Middle East & Africa
• Excellent Negotiating skills
