Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Field Finance Manager to partner with Regional General Managers, establishing the financial infrastructure and SOPs required to scale as we expand into new markets. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and local leadership to implement processes, accuracy, and discipline across forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience in finance, regional management, or operational finance roles (5–8 years).
• Experience with cross-border financial operations and multi-entity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial ally to Regional General Managers, providing data‑driven insights for expansion and efficiency.
• Collaborate with GMs to create/manage regional financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and performance analysis to regional teams.
• Oversee implementation and local management of financial systems and SOPs.
