Job summary

Moove AV in Dubai seeks a Field Finance Manager to partner with Regional GMs, establish financial processes during expansion, and bridge local operations with corporate finance. You will set up the initial financial framework and SOPs, ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, manage AP/AR in startup phase, and collaborate with the corporate finance team to drive cost optimization and growth across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, with a preference for field finance, regional management, or operational finance roles.
• Industry background in mobility, autonomous vehicles, rideshare, logistics, or fleet‑based operations is a meaningful plus
• Proven experience managing cross‑border financial operations, multi‑entity reporting, and international expansion within a global technology or fleet management enterprise.
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets financial modeling and scenario planning; forecasting and budgeting experience; GAAP/IFRS awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial ally to Regional General Managers, providing data‑driven insights to support market expansion and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with GMs to create and manage regional financial statements, accurate forecasts, and detailed budgets.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and performance analysis to help regional teams meet their targets.
• Lead the initial financial setup of new regional entities, including establishing local financial processes and SOPs.
• Oversee transactional work across AP/AR during startup and vendor onboarding; manage local financial systems for reporting.
• Work with corporate finance to assist during planning and forecasting processes.
