Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks an experienced Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive growth, and deliver major water, environmental, and waste projects across the region.

Require 15+ years in the industry with ME experience and strong capability in leading multidisciplinary teams, tenders, and client engagement. This leadership role offers opportunity to shape regional outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA.
• Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Water & Environment business across the Middle East.
• Develop strategic client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial strategies.
• Oversee medium to large-scale water, environmental, and waste projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Drive performance, innovation, and best practice.
