Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Regional Director – Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive growth, and oversee major water, environmental and waste projects across the region. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and shape client relationships while delivering complex programs.

Based in the Middle East, you will oversee tenders, proposals and commercial strategies, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Middle East experience (UAE/KSA preferred).
• Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience.
• Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred.

Requirements:
