Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Regional Director Water & Environment (Middle East) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth and oversee major water, environmental and waste projects in the Middle East.

The role leads multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, develops key client relationships, and guides tenders, proposals and commercial strategies to deliver transformative regional projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years Middle East experience (UAE and/or KSA)
• Proven experience in Water, Environment and/or Waste
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and legislation
• Engineering/Environmental Science degree; professional qualifications preferred

About the Role:

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 5 years Middle East experience, preferably including UAE and KSA
• Strong expertise in Water, Environment and/or Waste
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
• Strong business development, client management, and commercial experience
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and legislation
• Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree; professional qualifications preferred
